Context
Iphe is a UK content creator and entertainer with an audience of four million on TikTok, building a community he calls the Iphe Clan. The site is his portfolio and the clan's home base: four pages that had to feel less like a template and more like a title sequence.
Approach
Motion is the product. Smooth scrolling, a custom cursor that grows over anything you can click, magnetic buttons, page transitions that slide a titled panel across the screen, and a cinematic video hero on every page. The heavy parts run to a strict performance contract. The first hero frame is server-rendered as the largest paint on the page, video only arms once the page has settled and only on capable connections, and everything collapses to a still, calm version for anyone on reduced-motion or a phone asking to save data.
Outcome
It shipped on time, and the client was happy enough to clear the balance before the site went live. It now sits behind the link in every bio, ready for the next video that takes off.
